1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 999cx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses or uses the 999cx website at 999cx.org, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any related services provided thereunder.

By completing the 999cx registration process, accessing the 999cx Login page, making a financial transaction, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the 999cx platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 999cx.

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with the 999cx Privacy Policy and the 999cx Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 999cx platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 999cx strictly prohibits access by minors. The minimum age requirement of 21 is absolute and non-negotiable for all real-money gaming and betting activities on the platform.
• You are accessing the 999cx platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and you are not doing so under compulsion, addiction-related impairment, or on behalf of another person.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in your location before registering or depositing funds.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of 999cx or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

Age Verification Procedures: 999cx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including — but not limited to — a copy of a valid government-issued Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the time period specified by 999cx may result in immediate suspension of the relevant account and withholding of any funds pending investigation.

999cx employs technical and procedural controls to detect and prevent underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any deposits or winnings will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting services on 999cx, you are required to register a player account through the official 999cx registration process. The following conditions apply to all 999cx accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 999cx account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the 999cx registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999cx Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your 999cx Login details with any third party. 999cx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Ownership: A 999cx account is personal to the registered user. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• KYC Compliance: 999cx is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request made by 999cx, including providing copies of identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation when required.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 999cx platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus disbursements — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern all financial activity on the platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 999cx currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time at 999cx's discretion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via Pakistani mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) are typically credited to your 999cx account within 30 seconds of confirmed transaction. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 60 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Minimum & Maximum Transactions: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the 999cx cashier page and may vary by payment method, account tier, and promotional period. 999cx reserves the right to modify transaction limits with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 999cx finance team and are typically processed within 24 hours of approval during business days. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification prior to processing. 999cx does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
• Source of Funds: All funds deposited into a 999cx account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable laws.
• Currency: All PKR balances displayed in your 999cx account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

999cx reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

999cx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and free-spin rewards are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on a 999cx account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible registered 999cx account holders. 999cx reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where abuse of the bonus system is suspected.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.
• VIP Programme: The 999cx Black Diamond VIP Programme is governed by its own specific terms communicated to eligible players upon tier advancement. VIP rewards, including PKR cashback and enhanced withdrawal limits, are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the 999cx platform.
• Abuse Prevention: 999cx employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, and collusion. Any player found to be abusing the 999cx bonus system will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and their account may be permanently closed.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the 999cx platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules displayed within each individual game or market:

• Game Integrity: All casino games offered on 999cx use certified random number generators (RNG) independently tested for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
• Sportsbook & Cricket Betting: All PSL, Test match, T20 international, and other cricket betting markets are governed by the 999cx sportsbook rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 999cx's determination shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12.
• Bet Acceptance: 999cx reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error, pricing error, or market suspension has occurred.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during a game round, the outcome of any completed game round will stand. 999cx maintains server-side logs of all game outcomes and these records shall be considered definitive in the event of any dispute.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a system malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, 999cx reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the player's PKR balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999cx platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 999cx platform, whether under your own identity or under any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the 999cx platform, access games, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other players designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or discovered bug are subject to forfeiture.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including proceeds of fraud, theft, or any other unlawful act, onto the 999cx platform.
• Using the 999cx platform for any money laundering purpose, including structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Impersonating any other person, including other registered 999cx users, 999cx staff, or public figures, in any communication on or in connection with the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's 999cx account, or to any 999cx backend system, database, or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward 999cx customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

999cx is deeply committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices among all Pakistani players. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a recreational activity, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviours that require intervention and support.

As part of our responsible gaming framework, 999cx provides the following tools and resources to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their 999cx account at any time via the account settings menu. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and hard time limits that will automatically log them out of their 999cx account after a specified period of continuous play.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, game assets, audiovisual materials, and other intellectual property available on the 999cx platform — including but not limited to the 999cx brand name, the 999cx logo, and all game content licensed from third-party providers — are the exclusive property of 999cx or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999cx platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any content from the 999cx platform in any medium without prior written consent from 999cx.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code used on the 999cx platform.
• Use any 999cx trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, misrepresentation, or reputational damage to 999cx.
• Create derivative works based on any 999cx content or platform feature.

Any unauthorised use of 999cx intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your platform access and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999cx, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of PKR balances due to technical failure, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 999cx platform.

999cx does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all 999cx services. 999cx will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

The 999cx platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, 999cx's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

999cx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Suspected multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.
• Your voluntary request to close your own account.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings in the account at the time of suspension may be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to active investigation may be returned to the player through the original payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 999cx account may do so by contacting the 999cx customer support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining PKR balance (net of active bonus amounts) will be returned to your registered payment method.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 999cx arising from your use of the platform, you are required to follow the procedure set out below before pursuing any other form of legal remedy:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed written description of your complaint to the 999cx customer support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Please include your registered username, the date and time of the disputed event, and any relevant transaction or game round IDs.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: The 999cx disputes team will review your complaint and provide a written response within 10 business days. During this period, 999cx may request additional information or documentation from you to assist in the review.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by 999cx's international gaming licence authority.

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999cx's international gaming licence is held. You agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above procedure.

Important: No complaint or dispute shall affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms or the legal relationship between you and 999cx generally.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

999cx collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of your agreement with 999cx and should be read carefully alongside these Terms.

In summary, 999cx collects personal information — including name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, payment details, and gaming activity data — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and service improvement. 999cx does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

By registering on the 999cx platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, by contacting 999cx through the support channels described in Section 15.

14 Amendments to These Terms

999cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a 999cx user — we will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the 999cx website and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or Pakistani mobile number.

Your continued use of the 999cx platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request closure of your account as described in Section 11.

The date shown at the top of these Terms reflects the date on which the most recent version became effective. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
